In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777cr", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 777cr platform, its operating company, and all affiliated entities that own and manage the 777cr brand and services.
• "Platform" means the 777cr website at 777cr.club, any associated mobile applications, and all digital services, games, and features made available by 777cr to registered users.

• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited directly by you via an approved payment method, excluding any bonus amounts.

777cr reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof when requested will result in account suspension pending resolution.

Each eligible user may register one (1) account only on the 777cr platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using different email addresses, using different payment methods, or using different identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your account and to notify 777cr promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 777cr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Account registration on 777cr is subject to 777cr's KYC verification process. 777cr reserves the right to request the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your name, or bank statement)
• Any additional documentation that 777cr's compliance team determines is necessary to satisfy its licensing obligations

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and satisfactory. This is a licensing requirement and cannot be waived.

Deposits to your 777cr account may be made using the following approved payment methods:

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from within your 777cr account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits and verified as being held in your name. 777cr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777cr platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action being taken against you:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or having access to more than one 777cr account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.

• The account is being used for prohibited activities as defined in Section 9
• The account holder has failed to satisfy KYC requirements within the time period specified by 777cr
• The account holder is under 21 years of age
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to the security of the platform, other users, or 777cr's license obligations
• Required by law, regulation, or a direction from a competent authority or 777cr's licensing authority

Where an account is closed due to a Terms and Conditions violation, 777cr reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance at its discretion, subject to applicable licensing requirements regarding the handling of player funds.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms and Conditions violation — for example, at the user's own request or as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion — any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the user via the original deposit payment method following completion of all applicable withdrawal procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cr's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your 777cr account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777cr shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, even where 777cr was advised of the possibility of such loss or damage:

• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill
